Manage extensive calendar and coordinate travel arrangements, visas
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Preparation of reports, presentations, meeting minutes and spreadsheets for use by the Managers
Organize meetings, events and conference calls with Senior Management locally and globally
Company Chop management
Liaise with staffs in all regions to build relationship
Draft and translate documents in English and Chinese, vice versa.
Assist with additional projects / Management Support as needed
Involve in Innovation project, help build innovative idea into implementation
Compliance project, take lead of e-Learning system.

Organize agendas and all materials for meetings
Filing, doing all kinds of statistics, as KPI, monthly report.
Office daily operations. Centralize cost of office daily consume, as flight ticket, hotel booking, mobile/fixed lines, stationery, etc.
Organize company annual party, team building, office relocation, etc.
First round interview to filter the new candidates for GM. Training new comers
