Requirements:
1.At least Associate holder, preferably in Business, Marketing, etc;
2.1 year's secretarial/sales administrative working experience is preferred;
3.Meticulous, hardworking, positive mindset, able to work independently and good team player;
4.Proficient both in English and Mandarine (coversational and writing);
5.Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;
6.Willing to take challenge and able to work under pressure;
Job Description:
1.Preparation of sales report, sales memo, meeting slieds etc. both in English and Chinese;
2.Preparation of sale meeting agenda and take meeting minutes;
3.Appointment scheduling; daily schedule and business trip schedule;
4.Translation from English to Chinese and vice versa;
5.Action plan follow-up;
6.Coordination between different departments and outlets.
7.Vedio conference or skype set-up;
8.Other ad-hoc administrative/assistant work assigned;
9. The under graduation student is also welcome. |
